Boot camp classes are designed to burn fat, build and tone muscle, rev up your metabolism, lose weight, improve your fitness, and most importantly...HAVE FUN!

Our Colorado Fitness Boot Camp is a comprehensive week of weight and fat loss program that incorporates: fitness instruction, yoga, food modification, nutritional counseling, exercise, diet planning and motivational training.


Our fitness boot camps are one week long, boot camp style based in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The main activity, along with two daily exercise classes, is hiking, walking and exploring mountain trails. The hiking is led by up to 8 certified and knowledgeable mountain guides who make it interesting for our clients by taking them on different hiking excursions on different trails every day.

Our fitness boot camp in Colorado has many program dates available to cater to your availablility. Participants walk away with many great experiences and lessons to carry them through to the next level of fitness. Our boot camp is for all levels of fitness from no activity to the very active.


Our clients take home all the recipes used during their week (and more), so they can continue losing weight once they return home. They take home cooking instructions and recipe modification. And the recipes are suitable for the entire family. Check out a sample recipe here.

Our Colorado Fitness Boot Camp for Women in the Colorado Rocky Mountains is in it's 9th year of operation. People from all over the world come to our boot camp to lose weight and breathe our fresh air and breathtaking natural beauty. Two daily exercise classes, hiking, walking, swimming and hot tubbing are some of the activities that our participants engage in. Facials are available at the end of the week. Posture classes, make overs/make up/hair care and dress are optional activities. Massages by certified massage therapists are available in the afternoons.
